سياسة المحتوى
1. Where this applies
Efnouti includes a private chat for the servants of each service. It is not a public social network: participants are church staff — administrators, priests and servants — whose accounts are created by their church's administrator. There is no public sign-up, and every conversation is limited to one service inside one church.
This policy applies to all messages posted in that chat, and to any other content users contribute through the app.
2. What is not allowed
Do not post content that:
- Harasses, bullies, threatens or demeans another person
- Is sexually explicit, or sexualises a minor in any way
- Promotes violence, hatred or discrimination against any person or group
- Shares another person's private information without their consent — including phone numbers, addresses, national ID numbers, or photographs
- Discloses anything shared in confession or in pastoral confidence
- Is unlawful, or promotes illegal activity
- Is spam, advertising, or a scam
- Impersonates another person
Efnouti holds sensitive pastoral records about real families. Treat every conversation as though the person being discussed can read it.
3. Reporting a message
In the app, press and hold any message and choose Report message. Pick a reason and add a note if it helps. The report goes to the administrators and priests of that church.
You can also write to support@efnouti.com at any time, including about something this policy does not cover.
4. Blocking someone
Press and hold a message and choose Block this person. You will stop seeing their messages everywhere in the app. They are not told that you have blocked them. You can undo this at any time from Settings → Blocked people.
5. What we do about reports
Reported messages are reviewed by the church's administrators and priests, who can remove a message and stop a person posting in that service's chat. We aim to review every report within 24 hours.
A removed message is hidden from everyone in the conversation. We retain a record of it so that a decision can be reviewed and, if a report turns out to have been made in bad faith, reversed.
Serious or repeated breaches may result in the loss of access to Efnouti. Content that appears to put a child at risk will be escalated to the church's clergy and, where the law requires it, to the relevant authorities.
