Delete from the app

Open the Efnouti app and go to Settings → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm by typing your email address. The deletion takes effect immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, write to privacy@efnouti.com from the email address on the account. We will confirm your identity with your church administrator before deleting anything, and complete the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your login and password
• Your email address, which is scrambled so it can no longer identify you
• Your access to every church you served in
• All your signed-in sessions, on every device
• The copy of church data stored on your phone

What is not deleted

The records your church keeps about its members — people, families, attendance history, pastoral visits and follow-ups — stay with the church. Those records belong to the church as their controller, not to your individual login, and a servant leaving must not erase the church's pastoral history.

If you want a member's record removed or anonymised — including your own, if you are also recorded as a member — that request goes to your church administrator, who can do it in the app. You can also write to us at the address above and we will pass it on.

One case we refuse

You cannot delete your account while you are the last administrator of a church, because the church would be left with nobody able to manage it or invite anyone. Assign another administrator first, then delete.
